With a strong background in finance, Sofie began her career as a financial consultant, working on finance transformation and accounting assignments for leading organisations. She gained hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, business controlling and group consolidation before gaining further experience within a Big 4 firm, where she specialised in corporate tax, advising both national and international clients with a particular focus on private equity, real estate and multinational organisations.
Seven years ago, Sofie made the deliberate transition from finance into recruitment. Since then, she has built an extensive track record within the Interim Management market across Brussels, Flemish Brabant and Limburg. Throughout her career, she has specialised in connecting organisations with interim executives and specialists across Finance, HR, Sales, Legal, Project & Program Management, General Management and Supply Chain.
Her combination of financial expertise, commercial acumen and deep understanding of the interim management market enables her to quickly understand complex business challenges and advise organisations on the right interim leadership solutions to accelerate growth, drive transformation and ensure business continuity.
