Role & scope: led a team of 25 SAP experts for the worldwide migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (Finance, Supply Chain & Manufacturing), reporting to the ICT Director
Impact: also implemented a Manufacturing Execution System in the 2 main production plants

EMEA Head of Data

Role & scope: led the EMEA data team (6 experts), reporting to the CFO
Impact: created the EMEA data roadmap and rolled out master data harmonisation across 7 ERP systems

SAP Program Manager & Corporate Portfolio Lead

Role & scope: crisis management after a SAP S/4HANA go-live, followed by portfolio management and the 2030 strategic roadmap, reporting to the CEO
Impact: defined and followed up the recovery plan for the main process and system gaps

Program & transformation leadership

Role & scope: Oracle Fusion ERP programme for a port operator, €65M data transformation programme (approx. 180 people) for a telecom group, PMO for a European distributor and a 30+ subproject safety programme for the railways
Impact: 25+ years of ERP and transformation experience; earlier Head of ICT Projects (85 people) and Transformation Lead Purchasing & Supply Chain
