Impact: set up a performance management system in 3 weeks, in time for the ISO audit

HR Business Partner • International FMCG & food production

Role & scope: generalist HR within international matrix organisations, incl. works council and union relations, job descriptions and change projects
Impact: broad, hands-on HR experience in centrally steered, multi-site environments

Payroll & C&B expert

Role & scope: payroll consultant advising clients on payroll, compensation & benefits and social legislation
Impact: 20 years of HR experience, of which 7 as independent HR consultant; also lecturer in HR at a university college
