Role & scope: S&OP for 2 business units and key liaison between internal and external stakeholders; optimisation and automation in SAP ECC to prepare the S/4HANA implementation
Impact: directed the start-up of a new factory and of a warehouse abroad, setting up operating procedures with external contractors

Project Manager Supply Chain & Integration

Role & scope: leading an 8-person office team, mapping and optimising processes, IT integration and SOPs
Impact: project lead for the onboarding of a new client

Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Role & scope: management and reorganisation of the warehouse after an acquisition, change management of the warehouse team
Impact: set up purchasing, demand planning and logistics processes in SAP B1 and Lean WMS

Supply Chain Planner

Role & scope: demand and supply planning incl. intercompany transfers between 2 plants and inventory management
Impact: resolved system issues after the SAP implementation and wrote the SOPs

Procurement

Role & scope: packaging budget of approx. €1.3M, supplier negotiations and contract management
Impact: continuous improvement and sustainable savings projects
