- End-to-end payroll for a broad SME client portfolio across multiple joint committees (PC 200, 201, 329, …)
- International payroll: foreign employers with staff in Belgium, expats, split payroll and gross-to-net simulations
- Social declarations: DmfA, NSSO and withholding tax
- Advising employers on social legislation and HR policy
- Coaching new colleagues and training clients on new payroll systems
- HR administration: absences, contracts, commuting allowances and reporting
- Software: SD Worx, LOS21 and MS Office
