- Process optimisation, issue management and bridging role between clients and IT
- Defining communication flows, quality criteria and mystery shopping
- Aftersales and complaint handling within an international cruise company
- Reporting and data quality management
- Software: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel, Jira, TOPdesk, Excel and PowerPoint
